Tried & True by Mary Connealy

I've read a lot of books that are duds recently.  Most of them I didn't even finish.  I was overdue for a winner and Mary Connealy's new release, Tried & True, scored in that dept!  She had me engaged in the story from the very beginning, and kept me till the end.  Love the story, love the characters, love the twists and turns.  Great read!

The Healing Quilt by Wanda Brunstetter

I wanted to like this book.  I kept picking it up and putting it down.  Three quarters of the way through the book, I still wasn't in to it.  I normally love Amish fiction, but I'd developed no attachment to the characters.  The book felt very choppy.  Maybe it's just Wanda's style, but it's not for me.

Miracle in a Dry Season by Sarah Loudin Thomas

I really enjoyed Miracle in a Dry Season!   It was well written, and kept me engaged and guessing as to what would happen next.  This is a great read from a new author!
